The Most Fuel-Efficient Tailgating Vehicles

Forbes -- The college football season is just kicking off and the NFL’s regular season games are about to commence. We’re taking a stand and proclaiming which model-year 2013 vehicles will reign supreme among tailgaters in stadium parking lots across America.

What makes for a good tailgating vehicle? While it doesn’t necessarily have to be the largest model on the lot, the sources we checked agree that at the least it must be capable of bringing both passengers and paraphernalia – including a grill, coolers, a folding table and/or chairs, food, plates and utensils and such – to the tarmac.

Haul passengers, grill, coolers, food, eating utensils, plates, cups, chairs, table, provide electricity from the vehicle or generator. A sporting event of some kind, togetherness and friendship? What else would a person want? Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, Produce and ‘Drive’ vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high! 12/22/2012!

As for football games, with downtown stadiums and limited parking, that kind of tailgating is on the decline.

Too short distance between recharge that takes too long. Also they are too small for too many families with luggage etc. Yet the Gov. insist everyone fit one mold that they have decided is the right combination for the USA. They have done the same thing with the Education system. Maybe we need to start calling it the Brain washing system. Something like hitler did in Germany get the children young & brain wash them to believe what the Government wants them to believe.

In the mid-70s a Vega was a great vehicle to draft.
