Hi misterray, Great comment on today's news item: "Enbridge teams with U.S. firm in $3.4-billion pipeline proposal". We do have to get the oil to the refineries. It probably is I belong to the NPA "National Pinocle Association" We have over 300 chapters mostly on the east coast, but there are a couple in California. I founded a chapter here about 10 years ago, we have 6 or 7 chapters in this area, I am 12 miles outside DC
