I've seen you post Waterloo prices on IowaGasPrices, welcome. Unlike most states, in Iowa and Nebraska the least expensive fuel is "Unleaded Plus" or "super unleaded" is a 10% ethanol blend, and is 89-90 octane. GB prices should be reported by grade/octane not by lowest to highest price. So 87 octane unleaded (100% gas) is reported on GB as regular.
